Description

Meet Loki & Patch: Inseparable, Hand-Reared Devoted Brothers Location: Grimsby area (willing to travel for the right home) Age: 5 years old (Born April 2021) Status: Bonded Pair (Must be rehomed together) | Both Microchipped and Neutered 🐱 Get to Know the Boys Patch (Long-Haired Black & White): Patch is a gentle, incredibly laid-back soul. Because he was hand-raised, he never quite learned to properly meow, instead he makes the most adorable little squeaking noises! He is extraordinarily patient and loves nothing more than being near his humans. Loki (Short-Haired Tuxedo): Loki is an absolute lovebug who thrives on human companionship. He is incredibly affectionate and purrs so loud that he sounds like a motor boat. ❀️ Their Inseparable Bond Loki and Patch's bond is truly beautiful and they are the ultimate package deal. They spend their days grooming one another, sleeping curled up side-by-side, and engaging in fun, brotherly play-fights. They have been by each others side since the very beginning and are never found far apart. 🏑 The Perfect Home Criteria Strictly House Cats: Loki and Patch have been indoor-only cats since day one. Because of their hand-reared upbringing, they do not possess the outdoor survival skill set. They must go to a home committed to keeping them safe indoors. Fantastic with Children: These boys are legendary with kids. They grew up living with a 2-year-old and currently welcome a toddler niece who loves to chase them. Patch is incredibly patient with little ones (even when they accidentally grab a handful of fluff!), and when Loki needs a break, he simply calmly takes himself off to a quiet spot. πŸ“œ Our Story & Why We Need a New Home Having worked as volunteers for a cat rescue over COVID, we took these boys in when they were rescued as abandoned babies at just 4 weeks old and lovingly hand-reared them ourselves. Making the decision to rehome Loki and Patch is, without a doubt, the hardest decision we have ever had to make. It is absolutely devastating for us. If there were any other alternative, they would not be leaving our side. For their happiness and peace of mind, they need to be the only cats in their new home. As you can see from the photos these two cuddle a lot and have since they were teeny tiny hence why they must go as a pair. If you can offer a loving, cat-free indoor sanctuary filled with love and plenty of lap time, please reach out to us with a bit of information about yourself.

FurDopt Safety Advice: You MUST read our buyer's checklist before contacting the advertiser.

Buyer's checklist to avoid scams!

Keep all communication on Furdopt.com – Avoid moving to external platforms where scams are common.
Never send a deposit unless you have viewed the pet in person – Scammers often ask for upfront payments and disappear.
Don’t share your ID or personal details – Protect yourself from identity theft and fraud.
Beware of phishing scams – Avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails asking for login details.
Be responsible, do your own research – Verify the seller, their background, and the pet’s history.
Ask lots of questions – A genuine seller will provide health records, vaccination details, and pet history.
Meet in a safe place – Always visit the seller’s premises to see the pet in a secure environment.
Check for warning signs – Unusually low prices, urgency, or reluctance to meet in person are red flags.
Request vet records and microchip details – Ensure the pet is healthy and legally registered.
Avoid sellers who refuse video calls or in-person meetings – Scammers often hide behind fake listings.
Trust your instincts – If something feels off, walk away and report suspicious listings.
