  • she was rehomed to me about 4 years ago as she’d been chained up by her back leg, brought her in with the pack and she’s been great. until a few months ago, a new dog has caused her to become anxious and attention seeking she’s become obsessed with balls (will chase other dogs and children’s balls obsessively) she will jump up and try and grab balls from people and the ball launchers etc took her to vets who prescribed anti anxiety meds but didn’t have any effect on her causing tensions with my disabled brother who i look after and spinning causing stress to senior dogs in the household

lovely temperament girl, walks well off the lead in quiet areas, doesn’t bother livestock may occasionally run to a dog or person but is usually friendly when she’s carrying a ball she can get grumbly and snappy but has never bitten another dog when excited can pull a lot on the lead, she has had training sessions and her recall is very good sweet and dokey girl but the last few months has become quite neurotic, definitely suited to being an only dog as her behaviour changes when living with other dogs can whine and attention seek
