  • Why are you looking to rehome this pet?
  • I am looking for a loving forever home for my 9-month-old female cat, a vibrant and intelligent companion who is currently in her "teenage" prime. She is incredibly affectionate and smart, often finding creative ways to keep herself entertained and even learn how to open the door by herself, but she definitely leans on the hyperactive side and requires plenty of playtime and mental stimulation. Due to an unexpected change in my financial situation, I am unfortunately unable to provide the level of care and resources she deserves, and my priority is ensuring she goes to a home that can comfortably manage her needs.
  • Ideal home
  • Active household
  • Does your pet require a secure outdoor space?
  • No

Description

FurDopt Safety Advice: You MUST read our buyer's checklist before contacting the advertiser.

Buyer's checklist to avoid scams!

Keep all communication on Furdopt.com – Avoid moving to external platforms where scams are common.
Never send a deposit unless you have viewed the pet in person – Scammers often ask for upfront payments and disappear.
Don’t share your ID or personal details – Protect yourself from identity theft and fraud.
Beware of phishing scams – Avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails asking for login details.
Be responsible, do your own research – Verify the seller, their background, and the pet’s history.
Ask lots of questions – A genuine seller will provide health records, vaccination details, and pet history.
Meet in a safe place – Always visit the seller’s premises to see the pet in a secure environment.
Check for warning signs – Unusually low prices, urgency, or reluctance to meet in person are red flags.
Request vet records and microchip details – Ensure the pet is healthy and legally registered.
Avoid sellers who refuse video calls or in-person meetings – Scammers often hide behind fake listings.
Trust your instincts – If something feels off, walk away and report suspicious listings.
